eLearning
Across private and public organizations education and training programs have the significant challenge of producing consistent and effective employee training courses to achieve the organization’s focus of improving and maintain the quality of its workforce and to help establish them as an employer of choice. Particularly challenging, with the technological advances of computers, e-learning, multimedia, streaming videos and even podcasting, is the growing number of technology-based vehicles available to convey training material to employees, and the need to supply the technologically sophisticated talent to create and manage consistent and effective training courses.
To address these challenges CAMRIS has assembled a team that provides the full range of talent and expertise required to successfully deliver consistent and effective employee training courses on demand, following the ADDIE Instructional Development model. Augmenting CAMRIS’ own experts and capabilities, the team includes instructional design and LMS experts; worldwide video/audio production experts; and web/CD e-learning technologists. This unique team delivers eLearning products that are customized to the client’s needs.
Central to our solution is the expertise required to provide the production services that culminate in, or provide for the culmination of, electronic multimedia products ranging from low-end interactivity to highly interactive electronic instructional multimedia products. These products typically are delivered as curriculum/course web sites, virtual conferences and virtual training platform web sites, and/or content management Web sites, Web sites which interact with Web data bases (Sequel Server or Open Source Databases such as php); or electronically authored CD-ROM or authored DVD products.
The CAMRIS team provides experts to deal with all the components of the ADDIE model. Note that while the traditional ADDIE model is very linear in sequencing the phasing of the ADDIE steps, more recent evolution of the ADDIE model allows for the introduction of earlier rapid prototype mock-ups during the Front-end and Design stages to help clarify concepts and overall usability. We have the ability to do both traditional and more dynamic ADDIE work flows depending on the project requirements
